All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, update product offerings, or discontinue products.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product descriptions, measurements, and colors. Colors may appear differently depending on your screen. Garment-dyed and washed products may have natural variations in shade and finish, as described on their product pages. These variations do not affect your rights if an item is defective or materially different from its description.

3. Pricing and Promotions

Prices, applicable taxes, and shipping charges are displayed before you complete your purchase. Prices may change for future purchases.

Discounts and promotions are subject to the conditions disclosed with each offer.

If a pricing or product-information error affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding with any correction that changes what you pay or receive. You may decline the correction and cancel the affected items for a refund.

If we cancel an order, we will notify you and refund any amount paid for the canceled order to your original payment method.

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Changes and cancellations may not be possible once fulfillment has begun. Eligible purchases may still be returned under our Return Policy.

Shipping charges and available delivery options are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed.

If we cannot ship within the stated shipping timeframe—or within the timeframe required by law when none is stated—we will notify you and provide the required option to agree to a delay or cancel for a prompt refund.

Please check your shipping address before placing an order. If your shipment is delayed, missing, or damaged, contact us so we can help resolve the issue.

6. Returns and Refunds

You may request a return within 10 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with any original tags attached.

Once an eligible return is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, excluding the original shipping cost. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

Please contact us before sending a return to receive instructions.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order information and, where possible, photos. The standard return window and shipping deductions do not limit remedies required by applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

The website’s designs, logos, photographs, graphics, text, and other content belong to Fade Golf Company or their respective owners.

Except as permitted by law or with the rights holder’s permission, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use this content. Purchasing a product does not transfer intellectual property rights in its design.
